Tuna Casserole (Simple)

Serves 2-3 Prep 10 min Cook 45 min at 350°

Yellow Post-It note version.

From a yellow Post-It note kept with Marye's papers — a quick-pantry version of tuna casserole.

Ingredients

1 can tuna (6 oz)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 large boiled potato
½ cup grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Slice the boiled potato.
3. Alternate layers of sliced potato, tuna + celery soup mixture. Top with grated cheddar cheese.
4. Cover with aluminum foil.
5. Bake 45 minutes at 350°F.
