Toad in the Hole

Ingredients
1 pound sausage 1 cup flour 1 cup milk ¼ tsp thyme 2 eggs
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. 2. Make the sausage into small balls and fry. 3. When done, put the sausage balls in a flat baking dish along with the accumulated grease. 4. Mix the flour, milk, thyme, and eggs together; pour over the top of the sausage balls. 5. Bake 30 minutes at 400°F, or until puffed up and brown. 6. When done, cut in four pieces and serve with mustard and applesauce.
