Broccoli Supreme

Ingredients

1 slightly beaten egg
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed
1 (8½ oz) can cream-style corn
1 tsp grated onion
½ tsp salt + dash pepper
3 Tbsp butter
1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the egg, broccoli, cream-style corn, grated onion, salt, and pepper.
3. In a small saucepan or microwave, melt the butter. Add the stuffing mix, tossing to coat.
4. Stir ¾ cup of the buttered stuffing mix into the vegetable mixture.
5. Turn into an ungreased 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle with the remaining ¼ cup buttered stuffing mix.
6. Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes.
