EASY CHEESE CAKE

INGREDIENTS

CAKE
3 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
½ tsp almond extract

TOPPING
1 cup sour cream
3 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Blend all of the cake ingredients (cream cheese, eggs, sugar, almond extract) well.
3. Pour into two well-greased 9-inch pie plates.
4. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes.
5. Combine the topping ingredients (sour cream, sugar, vanilla).
6. Spread the topping over the cakes and bake an additional 10 minutes at 350°F.
7. Cool before serving.
